Harry Napper, 1860-1930, was a British designer in the mediums of textile and wallpaper, who was particularly popular at the turn of the twentieth century. His work was much more European influenced than other British designers and he was therefore at the forefront of the Art Nouveau movement. Some of his most memorable work was done for Silver Studios and Liberty and Company.
