Thanks for buying from Orenco Originals and The Artful Needleworker. We want you to love your purchases. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website OrencoOriginlals.net. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  Returns must be in new original condition.  Shipping fees and taxes are nonrefundable. 

We encourage our customers to contact us immediately if there is a problem or an issue with your you may return it to us for a full refund, Store Credit, or replacement. We do not refund purchases of Digital Products. If you have a problem or issue with downloading a project, please let us know immediately.  Contact Customer Service

RETURNS

All returns must be authorized by Orenco Originals. Simply email us and explain the issue and we will try to remedy the issue or we will authorize the return or store credit.  All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. So, contact us immediately upon receipt if there is an issue. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

 To return an item, please email Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your invoice and the return form we provided you when we authorized the return and mail your return the address, we provided with your Merchandise Authorization.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless we have issued a return authorization label with you Merchandise Authorization. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return

 REFUNDS

 After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your Refund Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 EXCEPTION
